Types of Buyer Representation
Just as sellers have choices, you have options for how we work together. We believe in
transparency, so you always know who is in your corner.
Exclusive Buyer’s Agency. This is our highest level of service. As your Exclusive Agent,
we owe you a fiduciary duty: total loyalty, confidentiality, and tireless advocacy. We
represent you and only you, negotiating the best possible price and terms on your behalf.
Designated Single Agency: If you fall in love with a home listed by another agent at
World Impact Real Estate, our broker, can designate us as your specific Single Agent.
This ensures you still have a dedicated advocate whose only goal is your best interest,
even though the seller is represented by the same firm.
Dual Agency. In rare cases where the same individual agent is working with both the
buyer and seller, we can act as a Dual Agent with written consent from both parties. In
this role, we remain neutral facilitators, protecting confidential information for both sides
without advocating for one over the other.
